Default Silly/Stupid things you and your SO disagree about?

Ryan and I disagree on very few things, and we're both pretty easygoing people in general, but ugh, our biggest disagreements right now are over....

....wait for it...

....waaaaaaaaait for it...

A freaking babygate.

Megan let us use hers for separation purposes during the trial with Marnie, and I refuse to ever EVER be without one again. And Ryan HATES it. It is useful for SO MANY THINGS! My dogs aren't allowed loose together when not being supervised, so if I just need to run out to the car, or up to Megan's apartment, or hop in the shower, one dog just goes on either side. Siri's bothering Frodo? Just stick her on the other side of the baby gate! It's done wonders for her housetraining issues. If I'm training one dog it's so convenient to just put the other one on the other side of the babygate instead of dealing with crates. It is SO FREAKING NICE to have my dogs not accosting guests at the door. I just LOVE IT!

And Ryan hates it because "it's annoying to walk through."

It's a NICE baby gate too, not some crappy one that you have to step over, or one that gets stuck. YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO BEND OVER!

It's this one...

And I absolutely refuse to take it down.

So...any other piddly things that you disagree about?

(Also, thanks for letting me vent!)

How many dogs we should have.

Not any that I can currently think of, actually. I'm on your side, baby gates are a lifesaver and make my life SO MUCH EASIER. Will never be without.

Does the fact that we can't agree on where to live count?

Feeding dogs from OUR PLATES!

That Toyotas are better than Volkswagens...

**Edit because for some reason Toyotas needed to be Toyota's.

Crating the dog isn't cruel.

Mushrooms are a food.

Bacon doesn't belong on tacos.

EDM is music

Temperatures nearing 80 degrees are cause to turn the **** air conditioner on.

Baby gates were a life changer here, too.

Ooooooh. Lots of things. I think we disagree about most household things, actually.

Shower curtains vs liners.
Bathroom mats.
The size of the kitchen trash can.
Playstation vs Xbox.
Functionality vs decorative properties.
What consists of a good movie.
How to cook meat.
Dishwasher vs hand washing dishes.
Clothes need to be folded/laid out, not left in a wrinkly heap.
Electronic cords do NOT need to be all over the place.
What consists of good music.
The amount of fans running at once, and the amount of lights on at once.
Manual vs automatic.
Wolves vs big cats.
One large hamper to physically sort before washing, or multiple hampers to pre-sort laundry before washing.

I could go on.

It's amazing that we don't argue on a daily basis. Compromise. It's a beautiful thing.

Toilet seats up or down.
Farting in bed (OK for me, his are banned lol).
Choice of toothpaste....!!!! We end up with separate tubes.
Windows open or shut.
How many utensils should be used during cooking.

You know, important things.

The amazingness of the ex pen. I love it, Josh hates it.

Clutter. How close I park to the garage.

I think that is about it.
