oh no! Just reading this now, Jess. I hope the surgery found the cause of the issues Romeo was having and that it is an easy fix. Vibes for both of your boys.

Romeo made it through the surgery, they removed 8" of bowel and found a "dinosaur" toy in there! (He also had his spleen removed, and they are biopsying a mass). Haven't had any updates this morning but hopefully he is comfortable. Will likely go visit tonight. I'm so thankful I was able to do this and that (potentially) he is going to be okay. I am in a much better place today than I was yesterday.

Now, turning my attention back to Fez..

Fez likely has lyme glomerulonephritis. It's..not good . There is no available treatment for this.

I so hope that the dinosaur toy was the source of Romeo's issues and that he recovers quickly.
