I love reading about rehomed dogs - especially ones from my part of the world. Liking Podencas (sighthounds) and Galgos (Spanish greyhound) as I do - so regal - I enjoyed this page - the story of one particular rescue, with photos.
Isn't the dog magnificent now? I like the "Stop laughing - I'm a king!" photo best! http://operationscooby.org/new_page_8.htm

Thanks for sharing that great site with us! What beautiful dogs, and such a shame they are not appreciated more.

Its a galgo/greyhound collar - to prevent neck damage if they pull I think - they have long thin necks and a thin collar might cut in or jerk them I guess.
