I'm in love. That's pretty much my dream, in real life. My mind is blown.

I want an old historic bungalow style home in the historic part of town, with original everything the only rooms that I would be bathroom and kitchen. I want a huge kitchen with professional grade appliances.

oh and I definitely want a huge wrap around porch and sunroom

At least 3 bedrooms, with the possibility of more spaces for guests to sleep
An extra room or space for some kind of studio
A half acre - 2 acres, but no more
Pool
Preferably an old home with old/historic details
Jacuzzi tub
Playroom
North shore Long Island

Yeah, so everytime you post pictures of your house & view, I get insanely jealous and wallow in self pity for about a day that I live in a sucky apartment with a crappy view.

My dream home is basically yours so ...

I sort of have 2 completely different ideas in mind.

1. 2 bdrm apartment right in downtown Vancouver by Coal Harbor. Preferably taller than 20 floors up with an unobstructed view of the ocean/mountains. I want floor to ceiling windows for sure.

2. 3-4 bdrm house in Southlands Vancouver. 1-3 acres, modern design. The problem is transportation is a bit more troublesome compared to the apartment downtown because lots of traffic jams in this area and one literally cannot walk anywhere because there's nothing within walkable distance. Same thing, I want ceiling to floor windows.

I just had to post this, a really nice place came up for sale in this area. It would be quite a score!
