This exactly. I'm always tired during the week and then a write-off come Saturday.

I seem to do best on 9 hours/night. Tues-Friday I get about 7.5h/night, sometimes up to 8.5h if I'm strict about going to bed when I first feel tired vs working through it and staying up until 11:30p. >.< If I'm not trialling over the weekend I tend to get 9h Sat and Sun nights.

I fall asleep around midnight usually, sadly that doesn't change no matter how early I have to get up.
So I'd say 6-7 hours is average. It's not enough IMO, I know it sounds like enough but it never feels like it is lol

I typically have one day a week I can sleep as long as I need to, but not always. It's annoying.

8 hours usually.

Yeah, it's enough. My problem is I just can't do mornings. No amount of sleep makes 6:30am appealing to me.

Normally 8-10.

This week? I'm exhausted. I've been sleeping 12-14 hours AND taking a nap.

around 8 hours usually. sometimes less since I have a tendency ne waking up 4am and worrying about stuff that doesn't need to be worried about :-/

You are the whisper in the wind, and the silence in dark.
You are the autumn rain, and the spring flowers.
You are the joy when I laugh, and the sorrow when I cry.
You are the earth beneath my feet, and the air in the sky
But most of all, you are my heart.

9 hours is my ideal. That's how long I'll sleep if nothing wakes me. If I sleep 9 hours I wake up totally clear and awake, none of the drifting in and out or wanting to fall back asleep or stay in bed. I usually get between 6-8 hours (last night I got 6.5 for example). So not bad. It all depends on what time I have class. I generally go to bed at 10:30 (start getting ready around 10, am actually in bed by 10:30).

Thank you ~Dixie's Mom~ for my awesome siggy!
