I get up around 7:30ish and go to bed around midnight on average.

I should sleep earlier...and I should NOT be in the habit of letting netflix lull me to sleep but alas... it is what it is lol

I go to bed anywhere from 11-1 and wake up anywhere from 7-9. Not much of a habit, but it works for me

On the weekdays we go to bed between 9 & 11, then I get up at 6. On the weekend, it's normally to bed between 11 & 12, then get up around 7:30-8:30

I get up too early and to bed too late. No matter what time it is, that's how it is

Bed at 10, up at 6. If I'm not waking up to an alarm I'll usually go another hour in the morning, my body likes 9 hours best.

It varies a lot, but I typically go to bed somewhere between 10p-1a and get up somewhere between 6a-9a.

Depends on how tired I am, but generally I don't go to sleep until 11 or midnight, sometimes later.

On M/W/F, I wake up around 7:30 for work and on Tues/Thurs, I wake up anywhere from 7:45-8:30... depends on what time I'm planning on getting to my internship (typically I like to be there by 9:30 or 10).

Today I slept in majorly though I didn't go to my internship because I had a Chiro appointment, so I took advantage of it and didn't get out of bed until like 10 I felt like a bum, but it was nice! haha
