Okay, so the-puppy-Dan can't actually be named Dan for a variety of reasons, 1. being that she is a girl. In fact, I am actually getting a rescue rat named Dan this weekend, haha. So he will be my Dan.

So, I need name ideas for any of the lovely girls here, in case you need a visual. I like short names, or names that can be shortened. Nothing that ends in an 'E' sound. Preferably able to scream long-distance as I run to drag her off somebody. I especially like names that start with F. I like all sorts, the sporty ones, the traditional ones, the odd, the ones that don't fit in one of those 3 strange categories.... So let me steal your names!

I love the name freida!

I heard that animals respond better to names that end with the e sound.

Our blitz was blizzard but I wanted a one syllable name and it works with him.

I'm not good with naming. My last three cats to by waffle, burrito and booger.

Are they Scottish? Maybe a Scottish name?

I can't give you names, I barely have any picked for Nextdog. Lol. I'm horrible at names.

Fran was the only name that came to mind.

It doesn't have to start with F, haha, just if anyone had any come to mind. I'd feel kind of weird naming her Fran. Thank you for attempts! Freida is cute. :p

I think you should totally stick with the name Dan. It could be short for Danielle.

(I know a Dalmation named Fred, who is a girl. It is short for Freedom. And then name fits her SO well. She is such a Fred. So I am obviously biased. LOL)

I was going through multi-quoting this thread because of the awesomeness and finally just gave up because I had all of the responses quoted....
