Cajun is starting to ask to go outside to go potty. Ahhh that is always such a relief when they start catching on to that.

Drinking to dull the pain in my smashed toe, and re-vamping the curriculum for my Basic OB class that starts tomorrow.

Hope it makes sense in the morning...

Also, taking Ollie with me to class. He's going to be my untrained demo dog. So excited because he's super easy to work and I can finally put some basic skills on him. He's so fun to train, I'm glad we'll have this time each week.

Hahah yesss, she is technically my mom's dog but I live at home and kind of do most of the work anyway I wasn't ready for a puppy! There is something to be said for the ease that comes with having adult dogs

Just picked two fleas off of Zander in a 45 minute grooming session.

URRRRGGGGGG. I am so fed up with this living situation!

Brooks had diarrhea in his crate at some ungodly hour of the night. This is annoying for two reasons. One: I have no idea why he had diarrhea. He had several chews, but no more than normal. Two: WHY CAN YOU NEVER VOCALIZE BEFORE HAVING DIARRHEA IN YOUR CRATE?!

At least he avoided trampling it this time

Just bought a folding soft sided crate for Smiley for $45!! Yeeessssssss!!!!!!!!! Now he can come to all my ultimate games without me worrying about a place to tie him up, AND it will be great when we get in to agility!

I wish Astro would give more kisses. When he was a puppy-puppy and I had to pick him up more often to carry him places, he gave them all the time. Now he's much more restrained, and I miss it...I know a lot of people hate dogs who slobber all over you, but I'm a fan of dogs who give kisses. It just tickles me for some reason. (And yeah I know, this is such a ridiculous problem, "my puppy is too polite" ).

Mia wants my dinner and is doing this hilariously dramatic draping over the couch armrest and putting her head down and looking up at me with big sad eyes.

Not going to work, Dog.

*sneaks cheese to Mia*

For sale: one male Chesapeake Bay Retriever that pees on the floor when he is 1.) excited, 2.) getting ready to go outside, 3.) unable to hold his bladder because, you know, different control is needed for walking around than being in the crate, 4.) when I ask him to do something and he thinks he's in trouble even thougb I ask him in the same voice and tone that I have done since forever. And each time when said dog is let out to pee (way too often to avoid accidents on the floor) he decides mud is what he wants to run through, and then track it all over the livingroom. And then jump onto the couch. But you can't take him out on a leash, or he'll pee as you put it on him. Inside. All over the floor. Or if you try to put it on him outside, he'll pee all over your shoes and porch. Or if he's already peeing, stop peeing and then refuse to finish so you have to take him out .5 seconds after coming back inside.

He is living in his crate this evening. Oh my GOD. I really do not know how much more of this lack of bladder control I can take. Hes almost 8 months old, for crying out loud.
