Do any Chazzers have some frequent flyer points or something that could knock some of the cost off of a plane ticket?

Is there a Chazzer who's seriously interested?

Guilty

Unfortunately, between recent vet bills and tuition, a plane ticket isn't feasible if I also plan to have money available for dog food, vet appointments, and general care Also, Orijen needs to stop costing $70+ a bag.

Is there anyway the meeting in person could be waved if you did a phone interview or a skype meeting or something? A questionnaire, SOMETHING?!

I don't think so, I think the rescue would really like for any potential adopter to meet the dog in person not just for the rescue and dog's benefit, but also to ensure that the dog is suitable for what the adopter is looking for. I definitely believe that the requirement was set up in the best interest of both the dog and potential adopters, and I can definitely understand that.

Of course, I'm also completely flailing over here on this side of the country because this boy sounds perfect... but I get it. I do.

I like him and I'm not even a Mal person. LOL.

Is anyone planning any road trips from your general area to TN? Maybe you could hitch a ride? It would be super awesome if you got him. He's adorable and we need more pics.
