Yes it's ok for dogs to eat lungs...

Now this just begs the question, have you found out what bully sticks are yet?

I had some lamb lung treats before and the dogs LOVED them!

I'm also curious to know if you've heard of bully sticks

Hahah.. I can't wait to hear this answer!

Seriously though, yes it's fine for them to eat lungs. And heart. And liver. And kidney. And just about any part of any animal.

OMG. I bought a ton of raw lung and was planning to feed it to the dogs. I threw it away after I realized I can't cut it up!! After I threw it away I figured out that I could probably cut it while it was frozen, but I didn't want the dogs to choke on the pieces (they were 2-3" cubes).

I've been able to cut it pretty easily with a sharp pair of kitchen shears, even thawed.
