Default What IS THIS?!?!

These are "possibly" American Bullies. breed is probably irrelevant.... What IS this?! Fawn dog appeared normal as a puppy. Blue dog has no puppy pictures available

What is this, is it genetic, can it be avoided, etc?

My guess would be some form of dwarfism, but if the fawn dog appeared normal as a puppy, I have no idea.

It's really sad, and probably a result of bad/irresponsible/overbreeding, is what it is.

Why the he** would you think it was acceptable to bring that dog into the show ring? Not only does that handler think it's alright to have a dog that looks that way but he likes it enough to exhibit him??? WTH.

NO. crap breeding results in rubbish dogs. you dont get a spine shaped like a U, rear higher than the head, and dislocated front legs, from normal-yet-pet-quality parents. NORMAL result from that is the kind of dog you might find on craigslist. something that lacks type, has a straight rear, a straight front, an ugly head, a shitty coat, and maybe food allergies. and flat feet. not.... THIS
