Default Good puppy resources

I have been delegated to create the puppy packages we are sending home with any first puppy visits in at work. There is going to be the obvious information in it (vaccine schedules, vaccine reactions, what the vaccines are for, heartworm/flea/tick products, etc., etc.), but I also want to give training information as well. Grooming, crate training, housebreaking, how to help prevent nipping, etc., etc. We have a few brochures, but they are all out of date and I don't like them.

So! Anybody have any good infomercial-type puppy resources that I could utilize? Anything else you think would be a good addition?

I would include Dunbar's books, they are free in PDF form (before/after you get your puppy)
http://www.dogstardaily.com/free-downloads There is plenty of info in there

If your vet or anyone at the office is a member of the AVSAB they have behavioral handouts and printouts on their site, free to members.

Also, this site has a lot of cool printouts but most of them are big studies and stuff new puppy owners probably won't care about, but if you skim through maybe you can find something:
