I am so sorry, for you, for your family. I lost Bronki suddenly due to cancer when he should have been in his prime.7 is when they should feel their best, with all those glorious years ahead and I am still angry and feel cheated, i am betting your going through all of that same kind of thinking. IT's No FAIR. I won't say all those feel better things because they won't change anything. I will just send my love and that I am grateful that Uncle FRed had all of you with him to see him across the bridge. THere is some comfort in that. I am really sorry Dr. Mom. I will truly miss him, Uncle Fred is a CHazhound classic and always will be.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I've always had a soft spot for Uncle Fred, he seemed like such a cool dog. You gave him a very good life and you were lucky to have each other (((hugs)))

there are no words--I know how much you loved Uncle Fred, and how much he loved you. I so enjoyed your many stories, and know that you gave him a wonderful home--he knew love. ((HUGS)) to you and your family.

Thank you everyone- all of your thoughts and prayers are much appreciated. I can't believe he isn't here. All of us keep thinking we need to take him out, feed and water him, etc. He is so intertwined in our lives I don't know how long it will take for his loss to actually sink in. A week ago he was so thoroughly healthy.
