Default What do you use to stuff Kongs?

I mostly just soak kibble and freeze it, but I'd like to add some variety. Wet food and peanut butter tend to be pretty common, any more creative ideas?

cream cheese
green cow tripe
yogurt
baked liver pieces

Usually layer the meat stuff in between layers of cream cheese or yogurt

I usually just do peanut butter and kibble since it's something we always have around.

On occasion I've done yogurt, mashed up bananas, canned food, apples. Leftover mac n cheese would probably be a good one lol.

Peanut butter is the only thing I've ever put in ours. I feel like a bad mom now

A couple of hours. I'd say 3-4 hours usually. Merlin doesn't LOVE kongs so I suspect he is lazy about them. Once he gets passed the initial "yum" of peanut butter or whatever, he loses interest.

and I hate cleaning them so he rarely gets them anymore now that teething is over lol

I do canned food with kibble or raw drumsticks shoved in and packed with canned food and frozen, that by far lasts the longest.

Not long at all which is why I never use them. I've never paid close enough attention to get an accurate answer.... maybe 10 or 15 minutes??

I just use canned food. Usually I use a weight control formula because Squash gets a kong in his crate whenever we leave the house (some days that's none, and some days it's multiple and it can add up) and everyone gets one at bedtime. They don't last long, but they're just a happy crate treat/bedtime snack so I don't really care. If I want them to last, I'll freeze them but even then maybe 30-45 minutes tops.
