Warning rant!!

I am just getting so sick of the neighbors dogs barking at early hours in the morning. I made my third noise complaint to the bylaw officer yesterday, I am about to loose my freaking mind. I am pretty sure the owners don't give a rats ass. On Monday I was woken up at 4:30 am. They have a doggy door so I am thinking they go in and out as they please, they also start barking as soon as the owners leave for work at around 6 am.

I guess I will just have to keep on making complaints to the bylaw officers until something starts happening. Its just so frustrating.

I hate barking dogs!! I don't mind a bark here or there, or even alert barking for a bit. However, nonstop barking at inappropriate hours is insane.
