It can be a very good tool. I noticed they had tested a few Filas; they must not have been the traditional "hard" temperament Filas. There is actually a different temperament test for the Fila. For instance, instead of just recovering poise or not flinching at the gunshot, the Fila is supposed to advance quickly and aggressively to take the gun . . . Bite strength is also part of the test against the threatening stranger. The people who administer those tests must have nerves of steel and be real adrenaline junkies.
