depends on what dog I'm doing, Lucky me I have access to a friends grooming shop. I usually take two dogs, one of the gsd's and one of the aussies. I let her do my female aussie, who is one hairy dog, It takes her a good 1.5 hours to do a full groom up, my black male gsd, I usually let her do to, LOL,,she was his breeder so heck she can groom him! He is one hairy beast as well, very thick coat, he takes about the same time as the aussie..My other female GSD, takes me maybe an hour, blowing her out takes the longest, GSD"S are big time ALWAYS shedding LOL,,thank god for blowers.
My male aussie is a breeze, he has a shorter "stock" coat, takes me about 45 minutes to do the works on him

I have two poodles and a maltepoo, so my grooming rountine is never ending
but I love it!!
