Depends on the dog. I have seven cockers, but only two have the full lenght, thick coats. The rest have coats that are trimmed shorter, or are naturally shorter.
For Cocoa, .. well, she's got the longest, thickest hair.. brushing/combing-40 to 45 min (without any kind of mats) cleaning/shaving inbetween the toe pads- 30 min (all four feet) bathing-30 to 45 min blow drying-25 to 30 min brushing again-10 min(was already brushed during blow dry. This brushing is only to get her hair lying the way it needs to be for trimming) trimming -45 to 50 min (front and back legs, feet, ears, head) shaving-15 min (face, ears, neck, back, and belly/armpits) nails-3 to 4 min(though, this is usually done while I am actually shaving/trimming her feet. She hates her toenails trimmed, so if I only do one nail per minute, and break it up with brushing and trimming inbetween, she'll lay still for nail trimming) ear cleaning- 3 to 5 min The rest of the dogs hair doesn't take as much brushing/combing, baths aren't as long, and they aren't blowdried normally(but air-dryed), so they take incredibly less time. |

Never really timed it, but I usually leave about 2 hrs or so per day for grooming. She is a golden, quite the grooming chore, but anything to keep my baby pretty

Takes about 10 mins of hosing him down in the back and him running around chasing the water coming out of the hose!
Then about 10 mins of brushing per day. |

Takes me 4 hours straignt to give all 3 poodles a full grooming. That's with a lamb clip and grooming them all at the same time. They get a full grooming about every 3 weeks. If it's just brushing then it's only about 15 minutes each.
