It's pretty much the best sushi in Oregon. SO GOOD. And the pieces are pretty big, too.

I would live there if I could.

Breakfast was two plain rice cakes with PB, lunch is a BIG salad with greens, sunflower seeds, walnuts, dried cranberries, green beans and balsamic. Mmm.

No clue what dinner will be!

Skipped breakfast because I suck, lunch was half a grinder with sauce, mozzerella, onions, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, and broccoli. Mmmm.

I'm thinking salad for dinner.

Pancakes and chicken apple sausage for breakfast. Opted to try something other than almond or coconut flour and went for a gluten-free garbanzo/fava bean flour.

All of the pork belly for dinner. And bean sprouts, sugar snap peas, and broccoli.

Had the other half of my scrambled egg meal from yesterday (2 eggs, a little low fat milk, black beans, tomatoes, green chilis, mushrooms with a few flakes of parmesean on top) for breakfast

Lunch was some mac and cheese and two deviled eggs and three bites of eclair cake lol a lady at church made lunch for everyone and since Hannah was sick and I stayed home, hubby brought us a doggy bag

Dinner was pork loin from the crock pot, with mirqua (celery, onion and carrots), broccoli and some left over brown rice.

I'm just having a fruit plate for dinner. I don't think I've eaten anything else today. Kind of failed :P
