Finished the second C25K workout. Pushed a little harder this time - definitely was going faster than the first. Bloo is an excellent running partner, Em... well. Em's an ass.

Did my 2.3 mile route tonight. Interestingly, I picked up some time over the last couple of nights AND my average heart rate and peak heart rate were both lower. I guess there is something to that cardiovascular efficiency thing.

Also, I just hopped on the scale before showering after my run. That first number is not a "2".

5K before breakfast today. I love running in the morning. Why don't I get up and do it every day?

Eddie, that is so awesome! Congratulations!

Did the 10 minute trainer have a lot of variation, and did you need to buy equipment? I'm really interested in it, and if it worked that well for you, I think I will give it a try!

Been counting calories the last 6 days, and have so far lost 2 pounds.

My only workout is cleaning kennels. Woot woot!

Thanks!

There is variety. Cardio, total body, lower body, yoga, upper body, abs. All you need is a DVD player. It comes with the exercise band if you buy the kit from them. I got mine aftermarket and ha to get my own band. No biggie.

I'm doing the C25K with Julee... and of course have been super busy this week. So, making up this weekend!

Yesterday I was told that it looked like I had lost weight, and I noticed a few days ago that my clothes are fitting a little looser and that my one weird back roll has gone down significantly.

Finally! Lol. If I could get back down to a 6 jean, that would make me super duper happy. My reward for getting back down to my ideal weight is my shoulder piece... so let's get going miss Meg.
