Question Another question about...

a good dog food. Is Chicken Soup for the Puppy/Pet Lover's Soul a good one? I can never get a straight answer about it. I looked at the ingredients and it looks pretty good, but I just want to make sure before I buy it. Thanks!

Check out this list: http://www.greatdanelady.com/article...tter_foods.htm

You'll find Chicken Soup on it. While you're there, read some of the other articles about feeding your dog. You'll learn a lot of useful things.

I've never seen it in the stores but I think it's an excellent food from it's ingredient list.
For your interest you can compare it to Innova (my fav). And see that it really does well. Plus you can click on each ingredient and learn more about it.

Thumbs up

Thanks girls! Both of those sites really helped me out! I'm definitely going to go with the Chicken Soup... one since I cant find the Innova one anywhere around here. (The recent pic of my puppy is on my avatar just incase any one was interested in seeing my girl, Jade. She's 6 wks old now and will be coming home on the 12th!) Thanks again!

That's so exciting that your pup is coming. I'm sure you'll have tons of stories to share (and pictures).

And I think you've made an excellent choice of dog food. Jade will thrive I'm sure.
