Can you transfer apps from an iphone to an ipod?

Is it possible to transfer/reload apps you had on your iphone to an ipod, and not have to re-purchase them?

If you're using the same iTunes account then you should be able to download them again for free even if they're paid apps.

If you use iCloud anything you purchase on one device should show up under the App Store icon where it Updates programs... I think?

^Yeah, all of that. If you log in with the same account, you can just download them again. Go to the App Store, Updates, and then click Purchased. Then you should be able to click Not on This iPod/iPhone.
