Gonzzo Earl Antonius

Joker von Junipera

Both dogs are beautiful examples of a robust male Rottweiler in peak condition.

I'm especially fond of Gonzzo, but I just can't get used to undocked Rottweilers! I know a Rottie is a Rottie, tail or not, but to me they will always look best when they are docked.

I agree with you. Rotties look best with docked tails. That breeder is one of the best that I have seen. They produce beautiful animals.

I agree it's kinda odd seeing a rottie with a tail when your so accustomed to them have their tails docked, but they are beautiful animals

I actually prefer the natural tail.

A curled tail is not desireable. A ring tail or a tail that deviates radically laterally is a DQ.

They want a tail like a lab or a GSD.

Rottweilers have been seen undocked on a regular basis only since mid 1998 when docking was outlawed by the Animal Rights Activists in Germany.

I will NEVER prefer an undocked dog. This breed has been docked since it's inception.

The American Rottweiler Club is in the process right now of changing our breed standard to read MUST BE DOCKED.

That process should be complete before the end of this year.

Don't get me started on docking But I guess there is a good reason for them to be docked...
