Am I a Mastiff?
Hello all, trying to properly educate myself on a new addition to the home, but want to make sure I am researching the correct breed. We think that this is a Mastiff. If you are familiar with the breed or think that it may be a different breed, or a cross breed your feedback is more than welcome.
Gonna make an attempt at posting these pics...wish me luck...

I had mentioned boxer to my wife too..she wasnt feeling me on it hehe.
So you think hes a cross? Ive seen alot of Mastiff pics online now and there are so many different types of Mastiff looks its kinda hard for me to say. I wasnt familiar with the breed until recently.

Haha 2pups622... I was just lookin at your first link, I never get tired of the "what the hell are ya doin to me" look that cats have on pictures.
The dogs are adorable. Do they take well to wearing the clothes? My wife wants to put stuff on our oldest dog but i wont let her. I think she would just flip around like a nut in a straight jacket until she got out anyway. She's just like that.

Whatever he is, he is sure a cutie!
 Sometimes it is hard when they are so young. I can see where you think Mastiff and I can also see possibly some boxer. There's something tho that I can't put my finger on.

Your little guy has a real Boxer look to him, maybe even with a little Pit in there somewhere. You don't say how old he is, but he appears to be smaller and finer boned than a Mastiff puppy. It's often difficult to tell while they're still this young, but you should probably expect a medium-large dog when he's grown.
