I liked the ones my Mom made, but I have never liked store bought or anyone else that I tried.

It's basically that candied artificial fruit (what are the little pieces made of?? can't be fruit, really).

I hate store fruitcake most or em you can play tennis with lol.
My grandma makes these date lloaves (which I guess it technically fruit cake... It's the closest I have ever got anyway) & I LOVE them. I picked "I like a well made fruit cake" because I had had a home made coffee cake fruit cake & it was very good but the store bautht stuff ... Even my dogs wouldn't eat it lol.
