Started Weight Watchers today, have a quit smoking plan in place!
I am absolutely exhausted with my bad habits, and while we are staying with friends waiting for the house to get finished (which is taking forever!) I have realized just how badly put of shape/ breath I am! They have like, truly, a million stairs, the bedrooms, Living Room, and Kitchen are all different levels and its a full staircase, not those split level types... I can run out of breath just hitting the stairs a few times in a row!!
On a off topic note, I will never have a house that's not open concept! Doing dishes and cooking in their kitchen is so lonely when everyone else is on a different level!!
I am starting to eat healthier right away, and tackling the smoking when we move home, everyone here (adults) except hubby smokes and it seems like that will be easier in my own home..
I purposely waited and did not make this a New Years resolution as they seem to fail frequently...
So here goes nothing!
