New and dogless (sort of!)
Hi there, I've been lurking these forums for a while and I figured I would introduce myself. You might recognize me from the bordercollie.org forum, which I'm also part of. I've seen a couple people I recognize (probably not mutual) floating about!
So, I'm currently a student residing in New England, USA. I don't have a dog of my own, but I'm the 'Auntie' of a fun standard poodle named Wesley, he's nearly 2 years old (on the 23rd) and a sweet, goofy boy that often gets called a teddy bear (he's apricot colored). This isn't a very good pic, but I found it the fastest, so:  Some time next summer/fall I'll be getting my first dog of my own, a working bred border collie. I'm in touch with some great, helpful breeders and super psyched for it, this year cannot pass fast enough. This looks like a really great dog forum, happy to have found it.
