Thank you all. It does look some Schnauzer to me, I used to have one a couple of years ago, and their personality is quite similar. Funny thing is, I didn't want to own another Schnauzer, because I did have a tremendous attachment with mine, and my wife used to own a brown mini poodle.
I don't know if he has any poodle in him, because he is very stubborn and usually only responds to most commands with food treats. But the fur in some parts is brown-reddish, specially ears.
As far as I know, there are no AKC breeders in China. There are in Hong Kong, but I considered before buying a labradoodle and it was a nightmare to bring him into China. 40 days in quarantine and chances of the dog being put down.

This could very well be a Bouvier Des Flandres puppy. They come in Fawn and Red *rose* fawn.

Not sure what his is (though not a Kerry) but man is he ADORABLE!

Definitely looks dyed to me. The hair appears to be growing in white or at least light colored.

This is only ONE reason why it's important to get a dog from a reputable breeder. Unfortunately, that's very hard to do in some areas of the world, and I realize that. I hope he turns out to be a great dog for you, whatever he is.

Well, Yorkies are born black and grow out silver. And when the hair is growing out, it looks similar to that. People always used to ask us if we dyed them lol!

Not saying your dog is a Yorkie or even part Yorkie but maybe other breeds change color as well.

Wheaton mix was my thought, too. Maybe with some Poodle & Schnauzer. Wheatons can be stubborn(they are a terrier after all. ). How common are Wheatons where you are?

Wheatens are extremely silly dogs, lots of stubborn behaviors but usually masked with play instead of pushiness. Maybe that can help?

I need to look again at the photos but I don't think wheaten jumped out at me and most wheaten mixes seem to have prominent wheaten characteristics.
