Default Cockapoo's

Hi,
Who here owns or loves cockapoo's aka cocker spaniel / poodle mix.

I own one and I love them.
Princess is a cockapoo

I hope there are other cockapoo people on here.

I dog-sit a cocker x poodle mix quite often. He's my professor's dog, and in class we laugh/joke and I ask "How is my dog?" They have odd personalities, but he's a great dog. I own a pure Cocker Spaniel, its fun to compare them

My mom owns one and he is a great little dog. I adopted him from a shelter I volunteered at for her after my Dad died and he has been a wonderful companion for her for the last 9 years. He is Sals and Athena's best friend, they love to play together when we visit. People laugh at how such a little dog can boss Sal around (Sal doesn't mind).

His name is Buddy, he is the white one below....

Default Maltipoo

I have a Maltipoo, have never owned a mixed breed before, I just love her. So smart and affectionate. I have a purebreed poodle also, he is 13 so a real old timer, still pretty hyper though, thats what I like about her, she is a little bit more layed back.

If the best of both breeds comes forth , you've got it make. !! Question is , in pups how do you know ??? That's why I recommend older dogs when folks are looking for a specific mix.

My mom had one when she was a girl named Rags. We have pictures of her somewhere real old gritty pictures but the dog was adorable. I have met a few in real life and their really sweet. I have personally never owned one though.

Designer mutts make me want to puke, and people supporting this... foul breeding makes me want to shoot myself.

It's a cocker spaniel cross poodle, not a cokapoo.

I think we have had enough of this kind of talk, thank you. If you were a true dog lover, NO dog would "make you want to puke".
Please don't start up this crap again.

Default Mixed Breeds

Cockapoos have been around for donkeys years, they are lovely little dogs.
Great with kids, I know quite a few people that have them. If you want a great dog get a mutt, there are loads of them out there and all dogs purebreed or mutts need someone to love them, thats all that is important.
