Since the last thread died in July I figured a new start for a new month would be the best thing.
Who wants to set a goal to lose 5 lbs in October? Not too high of a goal, and just about achievable for everyone. I reached my goal for September of 5 lb.. and overachieved by losing 6 pounds. I'm also doing c25k and just finished W5D2 and will be modifying the rest of it with some help from Mafia. I've lost 10.5 inches this month alone, and I'm ready to lose another 10.5+ next month!

I'll join! I'm not gonna be trying to lose 5 pounds though, because I actually like the weight I'm at now, but I'm gonna be posting about my inch loss!
I'm focusing on losing fat and gaining muscle, so technically I may gain weight

I'll join the 5lb October goal! I've been meaning to cancel my gym membership that's 20 miles away (for about 6 months when I stopped going) and joing the closer one -- so this is the motivator I need

Me definitely! I re-commited to healthy eating last night. i'd been using my broken dishwasher as an excuse to eat out. (had a hard time getting to meet up with the repairman for weeks)

I can kinda join this thread lol. I'm looking to not weight myself until January 1st, 2013 and just go by how I feel. I'm concentrating on good food and staying active. Specific goals include half marathon training and adding in some swimming because it's getting close to summer. I will take measurements tonight as well (should have taken them yesterday but did not and I don't have time before work). I can certainly try and help with the motivation/support group, but I won't be weighing right now. |

Me! I am so stuck on weight loss and can not keep the motivation going
