Default The selling part of breeding can be aggravating

Ug so poor Quest. We had a home lined up, they loved her. The hubby was even interested in perhaps hunting with her. But the contacted me yesterday and it seems they have had a family crisis and can't add a JRT puppy to their lives right now.

Totally understandable but frustrating. I had told other people who had contacted me that they were both spoken for. I do have a few people who might be interested (I think the one wanted a male though). But still

arrrrrrgh

So if anyone knows of anyone interested in a small, very drivey, adorable JRT puppy...

Are you looking for a sporting/working type home, or is a quality pet home acceptable?

I would love to throw my hat into the ring, especially since I was reminded Quest was a SHE not a he, LOL, but I'm not sure how much 'drive' I could handle.

.......and we definitely aren't a dog sport/working type home. We provide quality food, vet care, love, playing, camping and a few outdoor type activities, and of course walks but that pretty much covers it on the activity front.

An active home would be great. I would love a sport home, but only because I know she would get her mind exercised lol. But to be honest I think most of my dogs are just as happy when camping and doing things as they are playing agility or racing.

So ya active home would be just fine. She should have a decent off switch so as long as she has enough people time she should be fine.

And Jessie she would look super cute in your pack.. though not sure if your pack would be happy if you ever brought something home like her.

Kaiden has had his CERF done repeatedly (as well as many of his children) As well as having good tight patellas.

Seren has not yet been CERF'd. Her patellas are excellent.

The puppies are at a discount due to her lack of testing, but they come with the same health guarantee that I always give.

Semantics-because I love genetics. Is the patella "grade" according to you, or your vet? Because OFA doesn't issue an "excellent" grade for patellas, only normal. I know you said she hasn't been OFA'd but... still. Why?!?

She wasn't done because she wasn't suppose to be bred till the spring All was planned to be done by then.

I wish I had been able to have them done, but I am willing to 'put my money where my dogs went' so to speak with the guarantee.

Don't worry I am not hiding anything from potential buyers.. I want people to be as happy with her as possible.
