Well, I'm making mini cupcakes from that chocolate pumpkin cake recipe
 I love that size -- perfect for taking to potlucks and even better to have around for a not-too-damaging dessert to have with coffee in the afternoon.

Made the dark chocolate icing from the Hershey's cocoa box for the cupcakes. Gotta freeze a bunch or I'll eat way too many at a time
 The recipe that makes two 9" cake layers makes 120 mini cupcakes!
