Default How often do you weigh yourself?

I only officially "weigh in" once a week, but I admit that I check my weight daily.... Every morning when I get up..

I've not budged in 4 days and am a bit frustrated.... I like to see even a tiny drop so I know I'm headed in the right direction...

I'm going to back down, if I can and only weigh once weekly, I feel a bit obsessed...

When I go to the doctor and I have to get on the scale for their records.

The number on the scale is completely inaccurate as far as actual body fat percentage goes, which is what I'm concerned with, so it's a waste to even look at it. I was pleasantly surprised when I had my body fat percentage done and had to get on the scale for that, but I still have no reason to check it regularly.

I weigh myself every day, but only ever record it if it's a loss. I've finally fit a loss after a month of flip flopping around (none too happy about that). If you're exercising, try taking measurements too.

I'm obsessed. Lol. Every morning, sometimes also at night.

every 4 months at the doctor's office where I sigh because all I do is shrink. Everyone thinks it's wonderful to not have to worry about weight gain, but the other extreme is depressing too.

Weekly due to how pregnant I am. It's apart of my doctor's appointment. Not pregnant though? Whenever I go over to a friend's house who happens to have a scale by their toilet. Which is once or twice a year it seems. I don't really care. I can tell if I am getting bigger and less healthy, maintaining or slimming down. I don't need a scale to tell me. Besides, I don't trust the darn things. I will gain 7lbs after peeing if I weigh myself before/after. So no thankyou scale.

Every morning but I'm not trying to lose weight (or gain it for that matter.)

I eat a lot every day so if I slack on exercise my weight jumps fast and I know I need to exercise more. Alternatively I've gone days where I eat only 500 calories and I drop 5lb so iknow I need to eat more.

That's about it. For general health though I just ask myself "am I in the shape I want to be to do the things I enjoy?" If it is a yes, then I'm happy with whatever weight I am at.

I hate it when people dismiss those who struggle to gain, it has to be every bit as frustrating.... The biggest problem is many of us just can't imagine it, so they dismiss it... Totally unfair...
