If I remember correctly, according to the Animal planet's presentation of Crufts they said it "Griff-on Broo-sell-wah". And I say it "Boo-vee-A deh Flah-n-drah". And I just say it Mexican "Show-Low", screw the rest, lol.

I've been pronounce Karelian Kuh-ril-li-en, but then again I don't own the breed, and I don't know anyone who owns one in real life. So... am I pronouncing it wrong? Haha

But seriously, I tend to pronounce things wrong, especially when it is something I have only read, and never heard talked about, but I can pronounce Kuvasz (Hungarian pride!), Malinois, etc.

But why do I keep seeing dachshund spelled daschund? And vice versa? I don't know how to spell it, so every time I look it up I get confused, haha.

On the plus side, a lot of Bouv people abbreviate to Bouv or Bouvier. At least the ones I know.

Just out of curiosity, how are people pronouncing Pembroke (like the corgi)?

I'm proud of my mad Xolo-pronouncing skillz too.

Doverman.... that's one that annoys me. There is no 'V' in Doberman!

Ever been to "Pembroke pines" FL? Seen a "babbling Brook"? But the way some people emphasize the "OO" get's really annoying, almost more I guess like "Brewk". But the "Welch" and "Cor-jeez", UGH! The worst.

I've never heard any say Pembroke differently than Pem-brook, but I just realize that I've really only ever heard anyone around her say "corgi" they never distinguish...in fact I don't think I've ever seen a Cardi here.

wait...how do you say Boerboel? I say BO'R-BO'L...er IDK how to type it out even. I guess closest to like BOAR-BUL?
