Attack cat!! Good thing Oscar is one laid back bulldog!!!
  And he has an appointment today to get his nails done, I tried to help her but he's not having any of it and is or strong doggie!!!

Too funny that is one opportunistic cat.
I cut Neccy's when I was hacking away at her two inch nails under water in the bath tub. Don't know if that would work for you or not, I had Hyia give her little bits of cheese to distract her and she just didn't know what I was doing. The warm water softened up the nail so it cut easier too. We did that about the first kajillion times until they were able for her to walk. After that I had the other dogs lay down in front of her while I cut theirs, and now I can trim hers no problem. But in the beginning...oh boy, was she not having any part of it. Just an idea.

So cute!
Sox doesn't put up with my cats' antics that well, he just rolls around and cries every time they even LOOK at him. Poor babydog.
