Awww! Bet she was excited about the dresses though

I never cared for baby dolls either, lol.

LOL I had to lock it away in the closet. She almost has a phobia about them. Weirdest thing. I put it away in te back of her closet and she went and got it and said it had to go in the hall closet (because the hall closet has a door) lol

But oh yes she loved the dresses. She is wearing the belle dress right now and playing the harmonica lol

PHEW! Wanted to post photos earlier but what a busy weekend. Saturday was Hannah's birthday party. it was overcast and a little chilly but the kids had a great time. We had the party at a local park.

The first of her friends to arrive... with the cake. Our friend made the birthday cake

The cake. How beautiful is this cake?

Greeting more friends... one of which is her boyfriend LOL

aww they are so cute

Top view of the cake

This may have been when it was time to come back for cake lol

Hannah with her B/F Josh again lol

Licking icing off the candles lol. it was windy so we weren't really able to get them lit. so all the dads gathered around with paper plates to block the wind, we lit the number 5, sang really fast and said OK BLOW IT OUT QUICK. haha

Everyone anxiously waiting for me to cut the cake (which was hard for me to do... it was SO pretty)

Running/skipping around all hopped up on cake lol

Gathered around for presents. Usually at this age kids are all over the place grabbing at presents wanting to "help" open them lol but this group was so good. they just sat there "Open mine next, open mine next" lol

HUNGRY HUNGRY HIPPOS. Man, we've had a lot of fun with this game already

Nail polish, lip gloss, princess barrettes, and RING POPS lol

A new My Little Pony. She is big on MLP's right now

A cinderella playdoh set. YOu make her dress out of playdoh. Another one she's played with non stop.

so excited

So many goodies in this one. Pipsqueak markers, little pencil crayons, coloring/activity books, coloring roll, all kinds of stuff and all in an awesome reuseable basket

That night we had game night at our church. SUPER fun time. SO much laughter. My throat was sore by the end of the night lol

Hannah skipping around with her friend Shakiya

I won my first and second game... one of the guys I beat chose the placement for my second ribbon lol

When I won my third game I think he took exception LOL

when Dan won a prize for "Best Laugh" he was very generous and since it was Hannahs birthday she was right up there mooching candy hahaha

After clean up and everyone was getting ready to go Ms Wendy (our pastors wife) asked Hannah if she could try on her poncho LOL So funny.

So we were going non stop from about 8 am to almost 10:30 PM. needless to say we were all a little tired come Sunday morning lol. That went for everyone though. Our Pastor was at the hospital all night until 6 am with one of the girls from our congregation. She's a young girl and she was in labor with her first child. She doesn't really have anyone reliable in her life except for our Pastor so she asked him to be in the delivery room with her. He was there until after 6 am when the baby was born and then came to church at 10. Everyone was a little punch drunk lol it was a rather hilarious morning with lots of jokes and camaraderie and laughter and then a really great and uplifting sermon about Widsom.

At one point we were all sharing praises for the week. One of our young men stood up and said "I scored 100% on my english paper... and I even did it myself" LOL EVERYONE laughed and then pastor says "So... which part of that are we praising? the 100% percent or that you did the paper yourself?" LOL more laughter. it was such a great morning even though everyone was tired out from the day before

at the end, Hannah received another gift from Ms Ann in our congregation. She doesn't have any grandchildren so she spoils all the kids in the church. She gave Hannah a Dr Barbie (she found a naked barbie at a yard sale and took it to her friend who collects barbies and barbie things and said "Can you do her up like a doctor?" They even had a new box for her and everything and two extra outfits to go with her. Hannah came home and immediately put her in her new barbie car lol), A barbie dog. it's called Barbies sleepover puppy and he sings little songs, whimpers, barks and SNORES. super cute lol (and he'll go perfect with her full sized barbie vet table she's getting for christmas), a mickey and minnie nightlight, a pop o matic Disney puzzle game (another one we played a dozen times yesterday haha), and a baby donald and baby pluto bowl.

Hannah is so spoiled and well loved lol. OH she also got a princess stamping set from another lady from our church lol

So it was a great weekend but MAN were we beat. The box from my mom comes today lol so she still has MORE stuff to open. Oy vey.

Today is our day "off" for the week. we slept in until 10 lol. but soon we have to head to bowling with the homeschool co op and then the library and swing by the mall. yeah... that's our day OFF haha
