OK, so I bought 5 pumpkins this year, and am carving 4 of them. There was 2 big ones, and 3 little ones. I was dumb and listened to my mom my whole childhood that little pumpkins didn't have seeds, so I wasn't expecting to have THIS many seeds after I cut into some of the little ones today xD

So... what are your favourite ways to season pumpkin seeds? I'm already getting sick of just salt :p

I have to get the pumpkins dome soon before they rot, as of today we have no car so the pumpkins had to be bought early...

Cinnamon and nutmeg! Last year I also did pepper and some chipotle seasoning and made hot ones. Mmmmm.

Kinda love the pumpkin seeds. <3

Yum...that sounds good Beanie.

Jess...maybe if you have a little space, you could plant some and then you don't have to buy them next year. I think I might do that, although, I don't know if I have much space left...maybe. They do spread out and use up quite an area. But they're so pretty too!

Have fun. You could experiment with several different seasonings. You might check out some ideas online too.

How shall I count the ways, I've seasoned pumpkin seeds. LOL
Cracked black pepper and sea salt.
Seasoned salt.
Old bay seasoning
chili powder
garlic powder
lime and chili powder
those are what I currently remember doing.
