Sushi, especially Nigiri, sashimi, and hand rolls. But yeah pretty much any sushi that doesn't have the fried stuff in it. Hotatagai nigiri with that flying fish roe sauce on it holds a very special place in my sushi addiction, lol.
Pico de gallo. Cabbage. Like homemade coleslaw, in stirfy, etc. Yeah, tasty goodness. Red thai curry and pad thai.

The gluten free isn't too bad.
Sugar free is a little tougher. I've yet to find a satisfactory substitute, and most of the subs are either chemicals or just another sort of sugar!
