So apparently the other guy didnt work out in the end. Jeremy has a phone interview tomorrow! *fingers crossed* they talked to his managers today one is happy for him and says he deserves the job and the other is mad at him. If they had treated him right to begin with we wouldnt be at the point that we are.
OF course NOW his store is trying to push his raise thinking it will make him stay LMAO

Went to the dr today about my back and I got medicine and a note that I can have fewer hours and a chair to sit in at work. So happy. Now I need to fill my prescription cause my back is KILLING ME.

Well, I laid out what I needed to stay, and there wasn't an immediate "There's no way." So... we shall see. I told her I've been here five years, there are still things I like about being here, so I would like to stay. I just need more opportunities.
We'll see. I'm trying to think positively. We are agreed on a final date here if they don't come up with anything, so. One way or another, I'll have a winning solution. ETA: The GM is "more than willing" to talk to me about it. Maybe we'll find a solution here after all.
