I said IF he had said that ... Which he hasn't, lol I like to joke because he knows that having no dogs is a deal breaker. Hey I am going to let him have a double yellow head when we get settled (most likely when we take over the ranch) so the compromise.

I was just painting a hypothetical senario where if he had said that, which would have resulted probably in the ending of our relationship.

My kitchen is so, so, so dirty. I do not feel like cleaning it AT ALL.

This week is the last full week I get to spend with my OH before he goes to Dallas for three months , I will miss riding with him, making sure he is safe on some of the crazier horses we have. What's worse is my horse is going too, so it's a double whammy of "missing"

Bad night tonight. Don't suppose this will get easier, huh? 4 weeks seems like an eternity tonight. 16 weeks on top of that makes it seem longer than an eternity. And then the thought that he may be deployed for 6 months shortly after being stationed (re: shortly after we get married and move across the country) is just....not even comprehensible.

Good days it doesn't bother me so much and I'm optimistic. This is not one of those days.

Because for the majority of trainers they're not training dogs as their sole income. They have a day job that they go to all day and then teach until late at night. They have lives and families like the rest of us. Plus the best trainers are you know... Training and trialling their dogs and working with their students and keeping up to date with outreach and online classes and new information to up their game and their student's games... Not checking their emails every 5 minutes and working on marketing all day.

Sorry but it's a huge pet peeve of mine that people get so upset when they don't get an immediate response, especially because these people are my friends and I know how busy they are.

Today was the first day of class, so I had class this morning. Then I worked animals at the zoo for half an hour (did 95% of one of our animal rooms in 30 minutes, usually it takes an hour or more). Then I worked reception for an hour. Then I went to Farms and volunteered for 4 hours.

I could barely stay functional to eat dinner, then after dinner I crashed. I slept for 3 hours and I still have a headache. Then I realized I didn't take my Allegra, and considering I worked outside and with hay all afternoon, I think that's part of it.

AND I still have to go to the store. This is one of those days I'm VERY glad I have Logan.

It IS. Seriously, it is. Use lots of BC. Double up on BC. And take plan B.

My vent: Cigarette smoke now turns me on. A little bit. But still. OMG. At least it's not every brand. Two years ago I hated it.

This. Is. So. ****ed. Up.

I keep catching whiffs of it today and. . . yeah.

There are certain brands of cigarette smoke that the smell comforts me due to associating it with some pretty special people in my life.
