 The moving around that went on in my knee tonight . . . but it quit hurting afterward. Back to a little discomfort now, but not like it was. It's a little freakish.

The hinge on my DS broke last week. Instead of going to GameStop to try and buy a used one I ordered a replacement shell online to try and fix it myself. Got it all back together and something wasn't 100% right so I took it back apart, got it 90% back together... and forgot to make sure the power switch was in the right spot and broke the internal power switch. So now it's busted for real.
I wasted my entire night working on it and it's dead. I'm really irrationally upset about this because this DS has been with me for ages... I bought it the very day they came out with a pink DS... took it everywhere with me, been on planes and trains and to all the hotels I've stayed at for agility and gone camping with me and blah blah blah. It feels like I'm losing a friend. Cry.

I am dog-sitting for a really great shepherd mix. She is sweet, her home is really nice (and they bought me food) she is very stable, loves to play fetch (and will bring it back) isn't really "into" other people so all around, a great dog to take places and work with.
BUT. BUT. Especially at her house... she is a whiner. WHINEEEE WHINEEEEEEEE WHINEEEEeeEEEEEEE Whine when she wants food .Whine when she's bored. Whine when she wants to play. Whine whine whine it drives me nuts. She also likes to wake me up at 6:45. but mostly it's the whining She does NOT know how to do anything on her own. Self soothing is not even a concept. She has enough toys and treats to start her own pet store but will do nothing but stare at me and WHINE unless she is asleep or being played with.

LMAO, Fran. Fable would drive you nuts. She's very vocal, makes all sorts of sounds, but different pitches of whining are the most common. She even whines when she's eating and has a mouth full of food.
 My vent: I'm just freaking out because I was told one of two people would give me a ride to church tomorrow, and I cannot get a hold of either of them. I need to know by tonight and it's driving me nuts. PEOPLE ANSWER YOUR PHONES.
