This is way too hot

Granted, it's 82 degrees, but my poor Oregonian soul was not made for this weather. And the next two days will both be 88 degrees. ummmm MY HOUSE HAS NO AIR CONDITIONING.

Giant headcold. It's in my ears. My throat. My eyes. My nose. Allergies on top of it. Can't help but be a bitch today. Not making me feel better, though.

Also, cat decided it would be a wonderful idea to chase a stingy thing. Got stung. Cat's paw looks ridiculous.

Zander's blowing his coat in chunks. He also looks ridiculous, as does the entire house.

A bottle slammed into my nose on the bridge and now it is swollen down to the tip, with a large bump at the top of the bridge where it hit my nose, and starting to bruise. Ow. >_<

but your hands are gross and I don't know where they've been so I don't want you to touch him.

Please do not pat my dog as he walks by you. HE JUST GOT A BATH TODAY!

I need one of these monkeys
And to this too. I don't really mind people touching/petting my dogs..but I can't stand when people molest them. Like full on rub, caress, hug, squeeze...ahh.

Ugh my cat is driving me insane.

Now that he's back on kibble he's like, on a hunger strike. He acts like he's starving and he's up on the counters getting into things and he chases after you into the kitchen like FEED ME but he will not eat more than a couple morsels of his stupid food. At first I thought maybe he was just having a hard time transitioning back to kibble after being on raw for the past year. But no, he will happily sneak his way into the dog food and snack on that. I had him on a venison formula so then I thought, okay he's never had venison before, maybe he just doesn't like it. So last night I exchanged that bag for a chicken and salmon formula. I think he hates this one even more. So I'm going to go back AGAIN this weekend and exchange for another brand entirely I think.

But since being back on kibble, he's actually POOPING so no going back to raw isn't really an option. And since he has IBD + a history of urinary blockages, I'm being careful about the foods I put him on, so it limits my options. Otherwise I'd just put him on Fromm and be done with it lol.

I mean good God cat, if you're hungry then eat!! He never used to be finicky. It shouldn't be this complicated.

I realized today, that at just about every job I've ever had, in the relationship between the boss and myself, I've had to be the adult. Most of these people are 15+ years older than me.

GROW THE EFF UP.
