D'ohhhh. I'm gonna need to make another batch of Sojos for Juno, so I went to take some meat out of our garage freezer to thaw. It's just a container of ground chicken that our cat was eating, so we would thaw/refreeze it as needed. So I bring it inside and open it to see how much is in it... and it looked kinda weird so I took a whiff... and it's completely spoiled.

For some reason the refrigerator in the garage doesn't always work the greatest in the winter, and doesn't always freeze things. So what must have happened is that we put it in there to refreeze, and apparently it must have taken too long to freeze and instead spoiled. ARGH! So now after my stupid long day at work tomorrow I'm gonna have to go meat shopping lol, which I was going to put off until the weekend.... I wanted to price compare! Now I just need to buy whatever is most convenient so that my dog can eat. =P

Grown adults that act like children. Or like they are in high school. If I have to change my schedule to babysit you, you are going to go down hard.

People that complain about money issues, are on assistance, and then spend money willy nilly. I'd love to buy what you buy but a good portion of paycheck goes to you guys so you can buy that stuff. You're welcome.

I've really hit a burnt out point at work all of a sudden. I'm sick of people not listening to me, I really loathe helping customers get fish and crickets and whatnot. I love talking to people about dog food, and different products, but I feel like I say the same things over and over again all day with the fish and guinea pigs and hamsters. Bah.

HA I was in line at the store behind someone with one of those (here we call it the star card I think) she was like "yeah buy this & that, I don't have to pay for it" I tapped her on the shoulder & asked her if she was going to say thank you, she looked confused so I told her that MY tax money paid for that stuff she was buying, so I think I deserved. Thank you, she said nothing.

I never did get my thank you :P

Talking to Josh tonight about a touch decision.

I'm gonna be exhausted for work, again.

We leave in 8 days. House closes on the 27th, we leave on the 28th after duty hours. Seems pretty straightforward. But I overlooked something kinda major.

Since we are closing the house/giving back the keys on the 27th, we'll be staying that night in a hotel. Then Jin goes to work on the 28th, and we leave that night.

Except that check out is at 12 and duty hours aren't over until 4:30. So...now I have to find something to do with Zander for over 4 hours while I wait for Jin to get off work. While toting Zander around. And I'm not going to be able to rest/sleep for that night.

Urg.

I'm in a career planning/searching class this semester, as it was the only class that fit into my schedule that was 1 credit hour. Problem is....I'm not looking for a job. And I know what I want to do after school. While this may have been helpful two years ago, it is a waste of my time now. So I have to network, and act like I'm interested in a job when...I'm not, and never well be. UGH. Very annoying.

And not a vent, more like a worry, but...

Mike will be speaking with a recruiter in the next two or three weeks. I just...want it to work out. Whether that means he is accepted and gets the job he wants or isn't accepted, I want the best possible outcome for everyone involved, whatever that may be. Almost as important, I want closure. I need to know if he's enlisting or not, and if he is, when. Not knowing how to plan for our future is very annoying.

So...vibes!

I didn't bring a spoon for my yogurt.

This is catastrophic.

And it wouldn't have happened if I worked my normal hours today and got off at 2!
