Poor baby! I just want to hug her (gently) and give her kisses. She, and you, have been through so much with her lately and I just want her, and you, to find some closure and her be pain free. <3 (((HUGS)))

You know, I don't even know the last time I went to the gym, been about 2 years, cause I prefer to my exercises in home or outside.

Go to the gym late, that's what I use to do. About 9pm, I'd go the gym and work out for an hour, take a few mins break, and work out for another hour. Loved it.

Nowadays, I NEED to be working out again. My body is going into hibernation mode since winter is here/close. I don't know why my body does that but it is very annoying. I hate it. I am constantly fatigued because of it.

Thanks I just want her to be able to go 3 weeks without seeing a dr. Not for me because if she needs to go she needs to go I don't care but for her. Shes just had enough poking and proding in her young life. Morgan too If they don't figure it out of try to treat the problem and NOT the symptom tomorrow then we will be taking her for a second opinion.

That moment when you've been freezing all day and then think it'll be a fantastic idea to wash your face with Burt's Bee's menthol Deep Cleaning Face Cleanser.

Ice. So much cold.

I wish I could go late, Dak. I prefer that, but it closes at 9 p.m.

I really needed to work on my knee, too.

You better be taking it slow with your knee.

Working on the equipment at the gym seems to be the thing that's helped it heal the most. I had it to where I could almost straighten it out and could bend it more than 45 degrees before mom pulled her stunt the other day

Dreeza sent me a link to a therapy video that really helped. A big reason it helped is explaining what was going on, so I'm able to use the equipment so that it helps the most. If I can relax I can feel things slipping back where they belong. The other part of it is keeping the muscles strong enough to hold everything in place while the connective tissues heal.
