Poor Tango has a stye on his right upper eyelid. He's suuuuper sensitive about his eyes so I can't get very close to it with a pair of tweezers or anything. Should I put anything on it? Is a neosporin/bacitracyn type thing ok to use? I have an optical antibiotic he got when Izzy bit him but he literally screams if he sees the bottle in my hand, even just sitting on my palm.
Help!

Would he let you use a warm compress on his face/eye? I know that is recommended for people when they have a stye

With Summer's I had to keep on getting antibiotic drops from the vet and it kept reoccurring. Eventually I had it removed (and that whole ordeal afterwards) but I'd definitely take him in and see if you would get it cleared up first.
I did warm compresses too when she'd let me. ETA:

I did give him a warm bath tonight and it looked a little better. I'll see how it looks tomorrow morning, hopefully it goes down instead of getting bigger. Is neosporin eye safe?
