Pretty healthy relationship for the most part. But I do have a few unfavorable tendencies added in there too.

O god. I could never eat twice a day. Hell no. I enjoy having breakfast, morning tea, lunch, a snack after work and dinner thanks! I'd be so hungry if I didn't eat the way I do. Well, I'd adjust if I changed but na, I'd preferring eat several times a day. I'm semi with food. I do hate vegetables though I'm slowly trying to eat them. I don't eat a lot of junk, I do have junk here and there a few times a week but nothing from fast food places, I try to limit that to twice a month. Try. I also eat some healthy foods. I am trying to get fit and healthy so I'm trying to eat healthy. I'm trying to avoid bad food unless I'm allowing myself to treat myself. I'm slowly getting there. Food is evil though! I hate bad food must taste so good. I hope once I eat even more healthy food, I'll feel better and crave the bad food even less. |

I'm honestly not sure. Compared to most people's standards, I eat very healthfully. No soda, so coffee, redbull, and I only ever eat candy or pre-processed food if someone else provides it for me. I am, however, a college student, so I eat a lot of pasta (whole wheat, but still)!
My issues arise in that I am absolutely a boredom eater and I've never really prescribed to the idea of 3 meals a day. Rather, I typically just graze in small amounts all day. Good or bad? I'm not sure. I have a normal (closer to the low) BMI, but I tend to eat all the time! It's gotten to the point that I associate coming home to my apartment with having a snack, so I need to retrain myself on that. |

No idea. I genuinely enjoy food. I love a dinner that tastes amazing whether it's good for me or bad for me. I eat slowly because I savor the flavor lol.
my weakness is when I get a sweet tooth (more around period time). I just NEED a taste of mik chocolate. mmmm mmm mmmm

Yeah I do. I used to not, but over the past few months I've changed so much. I'm eating whole foods, not processed, loads of fruits and veggies, drinking bunches of water, and I'm happy. I eat a bunch too, I just make sure its a bunch of real food.

Keeping blood sugar at an even line instead of spikes one direction or the other is supposed to be healthier, and also helps keep cravings under control (cause you're not crashing) But like everything else, IMO, this varies from person to person. If eating 1-2 big meals has always been the norm for you, and you are healthy and at a healthy weight, I wouldn't change it. On the other hand, if this is what you've always done and you've always been over weight, trying the several small meal theory might be just the thing
