I usually call them Chicharrones because my mom does and she's from Mexico. Someone brought them in to work last week and everyone had no idea what I was talking about. I have to remind myself to say pork rinds lol.

Cracklins are scrapings from frying things that you might use in gravy making, lol Edit: I'd know what you mean with chicharrones (or whatever) I heard them called that many times out west
