Good luck!!

Maybe after you're a little more established there, you could promote your brother's organization. Especially if there's a pool there.

Woohoo, it went good. Really laid back interview, small-ish gym, but very nice. The staff all seemed nice, I got good vibes from the people. The childcare center is pretty small, but hey works for me. Also, the pay is decent (not like fabulous, but for what the job IS, $8/hr seems good to me) annnddd... free gym usage whenever I want! I'll hopefully end up working out after my shift, which can end anywhere from noon-1. Also, discounts on all classes with trainers etc.

I go in for training Monday for an evening shift (4-8) even though they don't need me evenings... they said just in case. Then Tuesday and Wednesday I'll train for the morning shifts. All paid training.

This will be perfect because it's some income coming in, but it still gives me enough time to focus most of my time and energy into our non profit organization that I run for my brother who passed away. It's my #1 passion in life, and BIG things have been happening, so most of my time goes to that, but I'm not able to take a salary YET.

So I'm happy with it for the time being. She seemed really thankful for me being there, like they definitely need the help. Oh, and NO diapers they make you go get the parents if they need a poopy diaper changed, LOL... so that's a plus. Diapers suck (but unfortunately, I've had to change my fair share of them, so it wouldn't have been a deal breaker )
