Vibram 5 fingers sizing question??

I measured my feet, and they are bang on 9.5 inches. However, in the womens sizes, they only do increments of an eighth (????? like why).

Which size should I buy? I wear a UK 5.

Also, which are a good all round pair for outdoor use - walking etc.

I came home and the other half has bought himself a pair because there's a half price sale, so I WANT SOME

Are the treksport the best ones for that?

Argh, all the ones I like are sold out... there's only the blue left. Bit too gaudy??

Size up if you don't hit an exact size. Better a bit too much room than not enough room.

I don't know which size I need... How do you work in eighths??

What is 9.5 inches in womens vibram sizes?

Okay, 9.5" is 9 1/2" which is 9 4/8. VFFs in women's sizes are available in 9 3/8 or 9 5/8, so I'd go with the 9 5/8. This is a size 39 or 40, depending on the style.

Aha - thanks. Maths isn't my strong point

I was measured according to their website to wear a size 38. They were too tight, 39s didn't fit right, need to sell/return them and get the 40s.

I should be a 38 according to the size scale (UK size 5)... although 39 is a size 6. So I'm going with 39's... and hoping for the best.

I like that blue which is odd because pink is usually my top pick!

After all that, I am starting to think the website is selling fakes... Some of the grammar is bad... and I don't 100% trust it.

If the store doesn't have a physical location, they are not selling real VFFs (aside from the official VFF site, of course). If it has vibramfivefingers in the URL, they're fake (again, except for the official website).
