Yea it's allowed
 They usually don't happen because those kind of threads tend to end violently and downward spiral into personal attacks, fire, and very shakespearean PLAGUES ON BOTH YOUR HOUSES kind of insults lol but there are no rules against them.

You can. But if you do you better have pretty thick skin because they don't EVER have happy endings to them.
